Solution · Business operations

Operations Suite - warehouse to POS.

Inventory, fleet, warehouse, retail POS - one operations picture.

Operators who need end-to-end business operations - stock, vehicles, warehouses and counters - without a multi-year endless ERP project.

The challenge

Stock, fleet and counters do not talk.

Warehouse, vehicles and POS sit on separate tools - every close of day is a reconciliation project.

  • 01

    Warehouse runs on spreadsheets

Receiving, picking and stock moves live in files that diverge by branch.

  • 02

Fleet lives in a chat thread

Vehicles and routes are tracked in messenger, not against what inventory says.

  • 03

    Fear of a never-ending ERP

You need operations software that finishes - not years of custom work.

By the numbers

Disconnected stock, fleet and POS is a daily tax.

Growing operators still close the day in spreadsheets and chat threads.

  • Multi-tool

warehouse, fleet and counters rarely share one spine

    *1

  • Close-of-day

reconciliation burns manager hours every branch

    *2

  • ERP fear

teams delay because programs never finish

    *3

  • *1 Typical SMB / mid-market ops stack observed in DGOS discovery - separate apps per function.
  • *2 Retail and distribution ops feedback - end-of-day stock and cash reconciliation is a recurring cost.
  • *3 Industry pattern around oversized ERP rollouts - scoped phases are the antidote we sell.

How we solve it

Warehouse to POS. In finishable phases.

Inventory, fleet, warehouse and point of sale on one spine - rolled out one phase at a time.

  1. 1

    One way to run stock

Receiving, picking and moves that every branch can follow the same way.

  2. 2

    Vehicles in the same picture

See routes against how goods actually move - not a side chat.

  3. 3

Phases you can buy and finish

Scoped rollout, training and handover - then the next phase.

ROI conversation

Finishable phases beat endless ERP.

Productivity is fewer reconciliations - and a spine branches can copy.

  • 1 spine

    warehouse → POS

Stock moves and counters stop living in separate truths.

  • Fewer

    spreadsheet closes

Managers reclaim hours every week across branches.

  • Phased

    buyable milestones

Ship a flow, train, expand - without a blank cheque.

Savings depend on branch count and how much process is still spreadsheet-driven at kickoff.

How it works

From pilot branch to network

  1. 01

    Pick the first flow

Warehouse, fleet or POS - where pain is loudest.

  2. 02

    Configure & train

Scoped setup your supervisors can teach.

  3. 03

    Go live on a phase

Finishable milestone - then the next.

  4. 04

    Expand branches

Repeat the playbook without restarting the programme.

FAQ

Operations Suite (ERP) - FAQ.

Warehouse, fleet, inventory and POS - scoped ERP-style ops without a forever project.

Is this a full enterprise ERP?

It is an operations suite aimed at warehouse → fleet → inventory → POS flows. Finance GL depth is scoped deliberately - we do not pretend to be every ERP module.

Can it sit beside our accounting system?

Yes. Typical pattern: Suite runs ops; accounting stays the book of record with agreed exports or APIs.

Multi-branch retail?

Designed for multi-location stock and POS with central visibility. Roll-out is branch by branch after a pilot store.

Hardware needed?

Depends on scanners, printers and POS terminals you already own. We avoid forced hardware refresh unless the device cannot talk.

Implementation style?

Scoped packages with a finish line - configuration and training included - not an open-ended ERP programme.
